ICIKA was founded upon this strong desire.

Minami Akimoto

Served in academic roles and business management at multiple global healthcare companies. Based on specialized knowledge in pharmacy, genetic testing, and molecular diagnostics, led overseas business development and market introduction projects aimed at solving challenges in clinical settings.
Currently pursuing an MDA (Master of Science in Decision Analysis) at Minerva University in the US. By combining the application of data science with a "human-in-the-loop AI" approach to complex challenges in healthcare, leads the creation of new businesses and the development of the organizational vision at ICIKA.
Co-Founder / Board Member

Chinami Kikuchi

Combining specialized knowledge in psychology with legal and practical skills, drives business development and organizational management at ICIKA as a founding member. After completing graduate school, engaged in psychological support and business operations at public institutions as a clinical psychologist. Subsequently, acquired a Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist license to implement more direct solutions to social issues, and participated in the establishment of the company.
Currently, applies professional perspectives in psychology and law to lead the resolution of social issues through new businesses. At the same time, as a hub connecting members with diverse expertise, spearheads the creation of an agile and robust team.
Partnership Manager

Tai Kitamura

Possesses over 10 years of practical experience as a bridge for business development, leveraging advanced bilingual skills in Japanese and Vietnamese. Majored in marketing at university and holds deep expertise in complex cross-cultural business practices gained through human resource management and interpretation duties.
Utilizing English as well, engages in a wide range of global sales and management, including the export of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and the sale of used construction machinery between Japan, Vietnam, and Southeast Asian countries. Internally, leads organizational development such as formulating HR policies and conducting career interviews, while also establishing a proven track record in building operational processes and organizational governance using IT tools and AI.
